Debra Renee Brancaccio, 61, of Petersburg, Indiana passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at home. She was born September 14, 1956 in Oakland City, IN to Bernard V. and Ruth Joanne (Simmons) Like, who preceded her in death.
Debra had lived in Petersburg for the past 10 years moving from Winslow where she graduated from Winslow High School. She worked at the Guest House Hotel in Petersburg and had formerly been a bartender at the American Legion in Winslow. She was an auxiliary member of American Legion Post 115 in Winslow and VFW Post 3587 in Petersburg.
Debra is survived by her husband, Mark Brancaccio; daughters, Stacey Wilson of Oakland City and Christie Norrick of Petersburg; grandchildren, Joshua and Jacob McCandless and Alissa Eckiss; 3 great grandchildren; and brother, Mike Like of Oakland City.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m.CDT on Friday, August 24 2018 at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City with Pastor Henry Nelson officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. CDT until service time at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home. Burial of her cremated remains will follow at the Williams Cemetery near Oakland City.
